Z-Bar wingnuts and washers are used as a restraint system for wall & column formwork, designed to thread onto our formwork Z-Bar. Sometimes called tie nuts or waler plates, these high strength steel formwork fittings take high load ratings and are re-usable.

Our Z-Bar water barriers are used in water retaining structures to prevent water seeping along Z-bars. They act as a joiner between two Z-bars but do not allow water to travel through the concrete wall.

The formwork wingnuts and washers are also compatible with our conduit and cones system.

• Wingnuts have a large thread which suits formwork Z-bar

• Flange plates act as a washer between the wingnut and form work.

• The Washer plate creates a larger surface area for the wing nut to fasten onto.
