Formwork Conduit and cones are used in conjunction with formwork Z-bar to provide a smooth pathway for the Z-bar to run through. The conduit and cones are sacrificial and are left in the concrete, allowing Z-bar to be pulled out from inside the conduit and re-used.

Safari Group stock conduit in 25mm and 27mm diameter, for use with 16mm and 20mm Z-bar/Reid Bar. We also stock the corresponding cone sizes in bags of 100 or boxes of 500.

• Conduit is supplied in full sized 3m lengths and can be cut to the walls thickness;

• Form-work cones are fitted to the end of the conduit so that grout is prevented from entering the conduit allowing the Z-bar to be easily removed when stripping off form-work.

• The Form-work cones leave a neat recess around the conduit subsequently making the patching process easier.
