What are your opening hours?
Our showroom is open Monday to Friday, 6am - 5pm. We realise that flexible hours are required in the construction industry, and are happy to discuss after-hours pickup on request.
How can I get a quote on the reinforcing steel specified on my plans?
Safari provides a full take-off service from pricing to supply, so if you have drawings for an upcoming job, bring them into our showroom or email them to firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, if you know the steel required, simply email your quantities through or pop into our showroom.
Can I order online?
Not at present. However, we recognise the popularity of online ordering and are working towards providing our customers with a comprehensive online product inventory, including detailed specifications and pricing.
Are the products shown on your website the only items you sell?
The products on our site are a very small sample of what we have on offer. Come in to our showroom and have a look around - you'll be surprised at our range! Or call our experts on 08 9455 1144 to discuss your requirements.
How do I purchase from Safari?
There are a number of ways you can buy from us - come into our showroom, give us a call, email us or complete the web enquiry form on the Contact Us page and one of our experts will get back to you.
Do I need to create an account before I buy?
We supply products to many of our customers on a cash-only basis. We also have credit card and EFTPOS facilities, or we can accept cheques. If you would prefer to set up an account, just ask us.
Will you have the product I need, when I need it?
Our showroom boasts a comprehensive range of items however due to unpredictable supply and demand patterns, we cannot guarantee that certain products will always be in stock. If you have any concerns about stock availability, please discuss with our experts.
Can you deliver next day?
We offer next day delivery for stocked items on all orders placed before mid-afternoon. Delivery charges apply.
