Leakmaster LV-Z is a one-component polyurethane hydrophilic (water-swelling/waterstop) sealant with unique physical properties. It can be applied to joints in concrete, in civil engineering construction and water services for seals where conventional seals are impractical.

Leakmaster sealant is also regularly used as an adhesive for other waterstop items such as Hydrotite and SuperSwell 47B.

After curing it has excellent physical properties together with rubber-like elasticity and water sealing properties including the ability to support 20m heads of water. Leakmaster expands approximately two times its original volume when exposed to water and will adhere to plastics, glass, metal, concrete and most other building materials.
