The Trafix 1800 Water Filled Safety Barrier is a practical, highly visible solution for longitudinal channelising, pedestrian delineation and temporary work area separation.

Designed to help direct vehicles and people around work zones, the Trafix 1800 combines a water-filled design with connecting pins, secure interlocking features and forklift-ready pack configurations.

The Trafix 1800 provides a clear physical and visual boundary for temporary work environments.

Water-Filled for Added Stability

The Trafix 1800 is designed to be filled with water when additional weight and stability are required.

At approximately 18 kg empty, the barriers can be handled and transported more easily before filling. When full, each barrier weighs approximately 200 kg.

Filler & Drain System

The barrier features:

Ø70 mm filler
Provides access for filling the barrier.

Insect-proof overflow
Designed to help prevent insects entering through the overflow system.

Ø50 mm drain
Allows water to be drained from the barrier when required.

Filler Cap

The filler cap opens for access to the filling system, allowing the barrier to be filled and emptied as required.

Secure Connection System

The Trafix 1800 incorporates connecting features designed to allow barriers to be joined together to create a continuous line of channelisation.

Connecting Pin

Connecting pins are included with the barriers, providing a practical method of joining individual units.

Security Screw & Prying Gap

The barrier incorporates a security screw and prying gap, adding additional security to the connection arrangement.

Forklift-Ready Six-Pack

For transport, storage and site handling, the Trafix 1800 can be supplied in a six-pack configuration.

The six-pack is forklift ready, making it easier to move multiple barriers around a depot, warehouse or work site.

Filled barriers can also be moved by forklift when appropriate equipment, procedures and site conditions permit.
