Concrete Curing Foam Sheets for Hot Weather
Concrete Curing Foam Sheets for Hot Weather
Protect freshly poured concrete from extreme heat and direct sunlight with durable, water-retaining concrete curing foam sheets.
Concrete curing foam sheets are designed to help control the curing process in hot and dry conditions. When placed over freshly poured concrete and kept damp with water, the foam helps slow moisture loss from the concrete surface. This can help reduce the risk of cracking, distortion and premature drying caused by high temperatures, direct sunlight and rapid moisture evaporation.
The flexible foam sheets absorb and retain water against the concrete surface while providing a layer of protection from heat and sunlight. They are particularly useful for concrete contractors, builders and construction professionals working in hot-weather conditions.
Economical Concrete Curing Solution
Our concrete curing foam sheets are manufactured in our factory from low-density, flexible polyurethane foam blocks. This manufacturing process allows us to produce an economical and practical solution that is readily available for construction and concrete curing applications.
Sheets are available in standard thicknesses of:

How to Use Concrete Curing Foam Sheets
Place the foam sheets over the concrete surface after pouring and finishing.
Thoroughly wet the foam sheets with water.
Re-wet the sheets daily, or as required, to keep the concrete surface protected and allow slower curing in hot conditions.
In windy conditions, distribute weight across the foam sheets as required to help prevent movement, loss or damage.
For best results, ensure the foam remains adequately wet throughout the required curing period.
