A$0.00

SikaGrout® Deep Pour is a flowable precision cementitious grout developed for large sections and deep pours up to 500 mm. Its two-stage expansion system helps compensate for shrinkage in both the plastic and hardened phases, while its flow characteristics assist placement around congested reinforcement and beneath large baseplates.

Typical applications include mass grouting, machine bedplates, anchor bolts, bridge bearing pads, precast concrete sections and other large-volume grout pours. The product offers high early strength, adjustable consistency and resistance to segregation and bleeding when mixed and installed in accordance with Sika’s current Product Data Sheet. It is non-corrosive to steel and iron and can be useful where conventional general-purpose grouts do not provide the required pour depth.

Deep grout pours require proper planning. Substrates must be clean, sound and correctly preconditioned, and formwork should be strong, sealed and arranged to maintain grout head and continuous flow. Mixing, water addition, batch size, placement sequence, temperature control and curing can influence performance. For especially large sections or hot-weather placements in WA, seek project-specific guidance and follow the latest Sika instructions.
