Renderoc LA55 Free-Flowing Micro-Concrete – Perth WA
Renderoc LA55 Free-Flowing Micro-Concrete – Perth WA
Renderoc LA55 is a high-strength, free-flowing micro-concrete reinstatement mortar for form-and-pour structural repairs up to 200 mm thick. It meets EN 1504-3 Class R4 and is suited to repairs where access is restricted, reinforcement is congested or conventional hand- and trowel-applied mortars are impractical.
Its fluid, self-compacting consistency helps displace air without vibration and allows the mixed material to be poured or pumped into prepared repair zones. Typical applications include large-volume structural sections, columns, beams and other formed repairs, as well as smaller areas that are difficult to reach. The product is intended for structural concrete reinstatement and should be specified with regard to the existing concrete, repair geometry and engineering requirements.
Form-and-pour work requires removal of all unsound concrete, correct treatment of exposed reinforcement and rigid, watertight formwork. Plan access, mixing, pumping or pouring, venting and curing before work begins. Follow the latest Fosroc Technical Data Sheet for water addition, minimum and maximum depth, batch size, temperature, aggregate addition where permitted and curing. Renderoc LA55 Plus is a separate current deeper-build product listed for nominal depths up to 500 mm.
